Abstract: Guifen is interested in spatial cognition. She has recently developed a two‐dimensional virtual reality system for mice. Using this system, together with in vivo electrophysiology recording and in vivo two‐photon imaging, she is studying how individual external sensory inputs are integrated at the neural network level to form spatial representation in the brain.
