Professor Yehezkel Ben-Ari, the Honorary director and founder of the Mediterranean Institute of Neurobiology was granted the Grand Prix INSERM 2009 on December 17th 2009 at the Collège de France (Paris).

This prestigious award is a tribute to Pr Ben-Ari’s work as his outstanding achievements deeply contributed to the understanding of neurological disorders such as epilepsies, autism, ischemic strokes…
