Structured illuminated upright microscope "Apotome 2" from Zeiss
Zeiss upright microscope (Z2) equipped with a fully motorized fluorescence structured illumination module producing optical sections near confocal technology . This microscope produces excellent quality images rather quickly. The motorized stage allows us to make mosaics image acquisitions which gives very large size images with high resolution.
Equipped with 6 fluorescent channels UV, CFP, GFP , RFP ( Cy3 ), Texas Red and deep red ( Cy5) while all visual spectrum of common fluorophores is covered.
White illumination by classical halogen lamp for transmission imaging
Differential Interference Contrast (DIC)
light for fluorescence : HXP short arc mercury halide Bulb with light guide.
Dry objectives : 5X, 10X and 20X and oil immersion : 40X , 63X
Technical sheet
Upright Leica DM6000
Based on a confocal-level stand, this fully motorised microscope is controlled by LAS X software including the Navigator module: a must for acquisitions of large composite surfaces: mosaics.
It features high numerical aperture objectives at 5, 10 and 20 X and at 40 and 60 X oil.
It allows fluorescence imaging of the four usual channels: DAPI, GFP, Td Tomato and deep red (640 nm) and transmission.

Basic easy to use Olympus BX-40
This routine microscope is equipped with all dry 4X – 10X – 20X – 40X and 60X magnification lenses
a Q imaging color camera (1600 × 1200 pixels) and an illuminator for fluorescence with cubes to imaging of DAPI, GFP, RFP and deep red (A647, Cy5 …)
